Vintage STEIFF 11" MOHAIR RABBIT HAND PUPPET Super Nice !

Description

This Steiff rabbit hand puppet was a gift to me as a child in the 1960s from a German relative and has been stored, in a non-smoker's home in a suitcase, for decades. No smells or bug damage.  It is in excellent vintage condition with the exception of 2 small spots on it's right ear (the button holes are visible on the left ear).  The mohair and color are in great shape, the beautiful brown and black glass eyes are bright and clear, whiskers are intact but not as straight as they should be, original red ribbon is attached but quite faded, head is firmly stuffed with excelsior (wood wool) and the plastic sheath for the puppet player’s finger is present.
