Vintage RuTHad Detroit tap pants pettipants bloomer yellow
These are so fun!
Yellow vintage pettipants made by RuTHad of Detroit, Mich., per the tag.
FIVE layers of ruffles with elastic ruched top and a small flower applique on one edge.
No stains.
There is one snag in the top ruched section of elastic, but the thread is still attached and the stitch holes are clear for mending. The elastic does feel some aging.
Fabric unknown but FEELS like cotton.
No size tag.
Measurements laying flat:
